Trained and Selected

If you need more than one candidate our Trained and Selected option will be for you.  With the added advantage of people being prepared to 'hit the ground' running, this is a cost effective way to recruit new enthusiastic and motivated employees.

Our people recruitment program has three specific objectives, with the option of a two day TRACC client tailored sales program. 

• We will on your behalf create and place the advert in the most suitable media. 
• All CVs will be fully screened and an initial telephone interview will then take place, all suitable candidates will  be invited to a one day assessment centre.
• Our assessment day will start with character profiling and involve extensive personal and team building exercises. With all one day assessments the candidates are encouraged to participate and enjoy role play scenarios.

We have the option at the conclusion of the assessment day  to train the successful applicants for a further two days (dependent on our clients requirements).  This two day training course will be tailored to the clients needs and demands, this has a major benefit to both client and applicant alike.  We know that with Trained and Selected candidates they are ready to 'hit the ground' running.

The success of our selection program means that you are able to spend the time dealing with the day to day running of your business.  Our success means people turnover is greatly reduced and all important managerial time is then left free to coach and develop their new employees.
